
Jim Derrah, President & COO
Jim Derrah has more than 30 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations. His professional experience includes operations leadership, sales & revenue growth, operational excellence and culture development. Throughout his career he has led organizations that provide mission critical products to the automotive and aerospace industries. His educational background includes a BA from Penn State University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.

Steven Marino, Operational Excellence Lead
Steven Marino has over 10 years of experience in the electroplating and manufacturing industries. Throughout that time, he has served in various roles ranging from IT to Production to Project Management, giving him a unique insight into manufacturing operations. He is a regular lecturer and contributor for the Photochemical Machining Institute; and has had technical writings published in Tech Briefs and other industry trades. Steven has a Bachelor of Arts from American University.

Danielle Marino-Uribe, Marketing and Distribution
Danielle Marino-Uribe has been with Orbel since 2018. Prior to her employment at Orbel she served as a Business Consultant at ADP for four years, working closely with large organizations throughout the world. Danielle has a Bachelor of Science from York College of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Management from DeSales University.

Ken Marino, Chairman of the Board
Ken Marino has more than 40 years of experience in the electroplating and manufacturing industries. In 1983 he began working at Orbel in sales, rising through the ranks to assume the role of President in 1999. Ken has been a very active member of his community, serving as President of the local Kiwanis Club, President of the Master Association of Metal Finishers, a board member of the Photo Chemical Milling Institute, and a board member at St. Joseph’s College of Maine, his alma mater.
