We specialize in applications requiring thin gauge sheet metal including EMI/RFI shielding components. Orbel maintains complete control throughout the prototype development and manufacturing process which allows us to ensure the final product meets customers' specifications and is delivered on time.

Prototype parts are manufactured on a best effort basis and typically include from 1 to 100 parts
Short run and secondary manufacturing of parts from 100 to a few thousand
Universal tooling minimizes customer expense for prototypes and short run production quantities
Wide range of forming options from computerized press breaks to air presses
Accept DXF files into Auto Cad system to quickly develop photo tooling through Internet or floppy disks
Ability to develop photo tools from customers’ blueprints and prints
Quick turnaround includes shipment of engineered components in as little as 24 hours upon receipt of customer specifications
